The location was mind-blowing, with easy access and a tram right outside. The view from the 29th floor was jaw-dropping, overlooking the city and Port Melbourne. The kids loved the super pool. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. We appreciated the free wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a hairdryer. The nearby amenities, like the exercise gym and DFO, made our stay even better. a fantastic experience!

This was a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. We could walk everywhere. We had fantastic views and even saw fireworks over docklands. Everything we needed was on offer so we could cook twice and have a decent breakfast. The supermarket was just around the corner.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. Not only was it conveniently close to the Convention Centre where I had a conference to attend, but it was also at walking distance from downtown, which made exploring the city a breeze.
In terms of cons, I really can't think of anything negative to say about this place. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The apartments are very well furnished and the public areas are spotlessly clean. There is a bottle shop and convenience store immediately beside the hotel which is very convenient. The location is only a short walk from the casino and lively south bank of the river. The swimming pool was the cleanest and longest I've ever found in a hotel -- absolutely fantastic!
There were only window blinds which were totally ineffective at shutting out daylight (I woke up at dawn each day) -- for 219 AUD per night I think that curtains should be provided as well! I also felt that there were excessive terms plus disclaimers and liability statements presented to me to sign upon checkin (as a result of the fact that the apartments are located in a residential building, so I was told) -- in my opinion *all* of the conditions should have been stated on the Booked.net website at the time of booking and resulting deposit payment.

Great Location and comfortable room the hotel's location was excellent, offering key access to the tram system which made it easy to move around the city. the room was comfortable and spacious, providing a good night's rest. the room offered a fantastic view of the city, making it enjoyable to wake up to each morning.
Limited Amenities and noisy construction One downside of the hotel was the limited amenities on offer. There was no pool or gym, and the Wi-Fi was not very reliable.

This accommodation is in a perfect location for those wanting to explore the city, as it is right next to the freeway and across from the tram stop. It's also just a short walk away from a conference centre, supermarket, and movie theatre. the well-maintained apartment we stayed in had a fantastic view of the city skyline, and the gym and pool were great facilities to have access to.

Proximity to the city and Casino
Traffic noise was too much. Double glazing would have been good.
